Summary: The only con with my stay is that the water in the pool was so cold that I could not swim in it, When I put my feet in and took them out they were numb. The water should be heated in the winter.

Summary: We have stayed there for two nights and have not had our room cleaned. We had to request towels for bathing at the front desk. Additionally, there was no soap in the dispenser in the shower. Fortunately, we brought soap with us. We disposed of our own trash daily to ensure the room did not smell of food or appear unclean during our holiday stay.
